In the Account section you find all global settings around your ByteMate login, Premium, and the bot's chat identity.

Profile & account data

Overview of avatar, name, email, and language
Account creation date

Premium status

Status (active/inactive) and runtime of your Premium
Current plan including notes about gift or cancellation status
Direct link to Manage Premium or Upgrade

Linked accounts

Here you see all connected accounts including user ID. In addition to your Twitch account, you can also connect donation platforms here.

Connect Ko-Fi

Go to ko-fi.com → click More in the left sidebar → API.
Paste the displayed Webhook URL into your Ko-Fi settings.
Click Advanced and copy your Verification Token.
Paste the token into the dashboard dialog and click Connect.

Optional: You can enter your Ko-Fi username – it is only used for display in this list.

Connect Tipeeestream

In your Tipeeestream account, go to the Developers menu item.
Copy your API key.
Enter the API key and your Twitch login name in the dashboard dialog and click Connect.

Once both platforms are connected, you can configure in the Subathon settings how many seconds per €/$ donated are added to the timer. Chat notifications for donations can be configured under Chat Alerts.

Chat identity

ByteMate (default): replies/timers appear as ByteMate
Streamer account (Premium): messages appear as you
Custom bot account (Premium): connect and select an additional Twitch account
Check mod status for the bot and set Mod via button

Quick switch between channels you have access to

Manage mod permissions

Set detailed permissions for access to the various subpages per mod
Grant or remove all permissions for all mods at once
Add users manually: Grant dashboard access to people who are not Twitch moderators
Manually added users can be removed at any time (via X button)

Enable or disable the newsletter via toggle
Newsletter becomes active after clicking the confirmation link
Resend the confirmation email if needed

Delete account

Permanently delete your account
All your settings and data will be irreversibly removed
Any active Premium subscription ends immediately
